Tinci Materials (002709.SZ) has disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tinci, has entered into a cooperation agreement concerning electrolyte supply with REPT BATTERO. This agreement is set to become effective in 2025 and will remain in force until December 31, 2030. Under the terms of the agreement, REPT BATTERO (inclusive of its Wenzhou facility as well as its affiliated companies/facilities) is obligated to procure a minimum of 800,000 tons of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tinci. Furthermore, when Jiujiang Tinci is capable of meeting REPT BATTERO's peak monthly demand, the monthly supply volume is guaranteed to be no less than 20,000 tons. It's worth noting that the pricing for lithium hexafluorophosphate, a key raw material used in the electrolyte, will be determined through separate negotiations.
