Semitel (301095.SZ) has issued an announcement revealing that, in light of the inquiry subscription results obtained on September 22, 2025, the initial price set for this inquiry-based transfer stands at 65 yuan per share. During the quoting and subscription process, a total of 24 institutional investors took part, resulting in the effective subscription of 6.256 million shares. The entirety of the shares proposed for transfer was successfully subscribed. As a result, these 24 institutions have been preliminarily identified as the transferees, with a proposed transfer volume of 6.1273 million shares. Notably, on the day of the announcement, Semitel's closing price was recorded at 90.46 yuan per share, indicating that the inquiry-based transfer price offers a 28% discount compared to the closing price.
