On September 17, a remarkable scientific breakthrough was achieved by the team led by Professor Zang Jianfeng and Associate Professor Tang Hanchuan from the School of Integrated Circuits at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, in partnership with Professor Zhang Li's team from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. They developed an innovative micro-robot sensor named the 'Robotic Sensor.' This advancement effectively resolves the long-standing challenge of compatibility between wireless actuators and wireless sensors in compact environments. By doing so, it paves the way for enhanced applications of micro-robots in the biomedical sector. The findings from this groundbreaking research were documented in a paper published in the esteemed journal Science Robotics, under the title 'Miniature magneto‑ultrasonic machines for wireless robotic sensing and manipulation.'
