On September 13, the Ministry of Commerce released a notice. The notice revealed that on July 23, 2025, the Ministry had received an application for an anti-dumping investigation. This application was submitted by the Jiangsu Semiconductor Industry Association on behalf of China's domestic analog chip sector. The application called for an investigation into imported analog chips that originated from the United States. After a thorough review, and in line with Article 16 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, the Ministry of Commerce made the decision to launch an anti-dumping investigation into imported analog chips from the United States. This investigation commenced on September 13, 2025.
