Dingxin Communication has released a clarification notice. On December 26, 2022, the company entered into a licensing agreement with Pingtouge, securing a five-year right to utilize the E801, E802, and E803 technologies for its proprietary chip development efforts, with the contract valued at 2 million yuan. The agreement specifically pertains to these technologies only and does not encompass any other product or technology licenses. The licensed technologies are designated for use in MCU chips within the traditional power and safety sectors and have no connection to AI intelligent inference computing chips. Besides this licensing arrangement, the two entities have no other business relations or collaborative projects.
