On September 18, 2025, NVIDIA and Intel unveiled a strategic partnership aimed at co-developing multiple generations of tailored data center and personal computing solutions. This collaboration is designed to expedite the processing of diverse applications and workloads across hyperscale computing, enterprise, and consumer sectors. Under this agreement, Intel will harness NVIDIA's cutting-edge NVLink technology to craft and produce bespoke data center and client CPUs. These CPUs will be seamlessly integrated into NVIDIA's AI infrastructure platforms and subsequently launched into the market. Furthermore, Intel plans to introduce x86 system-on-chips that incorporate NVIDIA RTX GPU chiplets, thereby powering a broad spectrum of PC products. As part of this partnership, NVIDIA will acquire Intel's common stock at a price of $23.28 per share, resulting in a total investment of $5 billion.
