As per the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network, on September 1, the Quanzhou Intermediate People's Court made a ruling to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of XIMAN United Measurement and Control (Quanzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. Subsequently, the court referred the case to the Luojiang District People's Court for further handling and trial.
On September 3, the Luojiang District People's Court officially registered the case and designated Quanzhou Zhonghe Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the administrator. Creditors are mandated to file their claims prior to November 10. Additionally, the first creditors' meeting has been scheduled to take place on November 25.
