NAURA: Shareholding Ratio of State Integrated Circuit Fund Dips Below 5%

NAURA has disclosed that its shareholder, the State Integrated Circuit Fund, has offloaded 2.5919 million shares, accounting for 0.357947% of the company's total share capital, via centralized bidding transactions that took place from July 28 to September 15, 2025. In tandem with this, the shareholding ratio of the State Integrated Circuit Fund also underwent a passive dilution of 0.062843% as a result of the implementation of equity incentive plans. Following these equity adjustments, the State Integrated Circuit Fund's stake in NAURA has been trimmed down from 38.7958 million shares to 36.2039 million shares. Consequently, its shareholding ratio has decreased from 5.420722% to 4.999932%, meaning it is no longer classified as a shareholder with a stake exceeding 5%.
