Our reporter has obtained information from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications indicating that a research team, led by Academician Huang Wei and Professor Xin Hao from the university's National Key Laboratory of Flexible Electronics, has successfully fabricated large-area photovoltaic thin films composed of "copper zinc tin sulfur selenium" through a solution-based process. These films have achieved a remarkable photoelectric conversion efficiency of 10.1%. This achievement underscores the immense industrial potential of utilizing inorganic compounds for the production of flexible photovoltaic materials. The pertinent research findings were published in the prestigious international academic journal Nature Energy on September 15.
