Micron Technology has recently informed its channel partners that it intends to implement a price hike of 20%-30% on its memory products. Furthermore, the company will suspend providing quotations for all DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR4, LPDDR5, and other related products for a duration of one week, effective immediately. Simultaneously, it will cancel the existing prices for contract customers. This price adjustment encompasses the entire spectrum of memory products, spanning consumer-grade, industrial-grade, and automotive electronics. Notably, automotive electronic products may witness price surges as high as 70%.
