MediaTek Posts NT$44.547 Billion in Revenue for August 2025, Marking a 7.27% YoY Increase

Yesterday, MediaTek reported that its consolidated revenue for August 2025 climbed to NT$44.547 billion (equivalent to roughly RMB 10.477 billion). This figure represents a 7.27% year-on-year (YoY) surge and a 3.07% month-on-month (MoM) uptick. The company's cumulative revenue from January to August this year amounted to NT$391.448 billion (around RMB 92.065 billion), showing a 12.53% YoY growth. Notably, MediaTek is set to unveil its flagship mobile platform, the Dimensity 9500, at a launch event scheduled for the 22nd of this month. This move positions it in direct competition with Qualcomm, which is set to launch its SM8850 the very next day.
