As of September 1, the balance of margin financing and securities lending for A-shares has soared to RMB 2.3 trillion, marking a new all-time high. This figure surpasses the previous record of RMB 2.27 trillion set on June 18, 2015, with a daily increment of RMB 35.643 billion. Notably, the financing balance alone stands at RMB 2.28 trillion, also setting a new historical peak. The margin financing and securities lending balance has been on a continuous uptrend since August 22. During this period, the net financing buy-in volume for 24 stocks exceeded RMB 1 billion, with Shenghong Technology, Cambrian Innovation-U, and Xinyisheng leading the pack, recording net buy-in amounts of RMB 5.668 billion, RMB 4.648 billion, and RMB 4.14 billion, respectively.
