Telink Semiconductor has unveiled its strategy to acquire 100% ownership of Panqi Micro from 26 stakeholders, including STYLISH, Shanghai Xinshan, and Shanghai Songchi, through a combination of share issuance and cash payment. Additionally, the company plans to raise supporting funds for this endeavor. Both Panqi Micro and Telink Semiconductor specialize in the design of low-power wireless IoT chips, fostering strong synergies in their respective businesses. This acquisition will empower Telink Semiconductor to establish an ultra-low-power, comprehensive IoT wireless connectivity platform that spans near-field and far-field applications. This expansion will not only bolster its full-stack wireless IoT solutions but also markedly elevate its market competitiveness. The company has submitted an application for the resumption of its share trading on September 1, 2025.
