During midday trading on the Hong Kong stock market, the Hang Seng Index registered a modest gain of 0.63%, while the Hang Seng TECH Index advanced by 0.56%. The biopharmaceutical sector shone brightly, led by Rongchang Biotechnology, which surged ahead with a gain of over 13%.
