Following the release of an impressive financial report, NVIDIA has announced another significant milestone: the next-generation data center GPU, Rubin, and CPU, Vera, have successfully completed tape-outs at TSMC. Both are scheduled for release next year as anticipated. NVIDIA's Chief Financial Officer, Colette Kress, revealed that the Rubin platform chips, encompassing the Vera CPU, Rubin GPU, along with the accompanying CX9 Super NIC network card chip, NVLink144/Spectrum X switch chip, and silicon photonics chip, are all in production. Notably, the Rubin GPU is on track to enter mass production next year as planned.
