Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Binhai Energy, has entered into an engineering general contract with Hebei Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. This agreement encompasses the front-end development of a 50,000-tonne per annum lithium battery anode material project in Phase II, alongside an 82,000-tonne per annum graphitization project specifically for lithium battery anode materials. The total contract value is provisionally established at RMB 910 million (inclusive of taxes). This strategic move aims to expedite the construction of Phase I of a comprehensive 200,000-tonne per annum lithium battery anode material integration project.
