Recently, the A-share market has witnessed a surge in popularity, prompting private equity institutions to actively expand their portfolios. According to data, over 60% of billion-dollar private equities are now operating near full capacity. As of August 15, the average position of billion-dollar stock private equities has risen to 82.29%, marking a substantial increase of 8.16 percentage points compared to the previous week. In terms of investment strategies, technology growth, small and medium-cap stocks, and high-growth industries continue to be the primary focus of private equities. Concurrently, increasing positions and maintaining high positions have emerged as common strategies among private equity institutions. Nonetheless, some private equity institutions have cautioned that the current market capital turnover rate has reached a historical high, potentially intensifying short-term market volatility.
