Rumble, a leading video sharing platform and cloud service provider, has announced plans to acquire Northern Data, a prominent German AI company, in an all-stock deal valued at approximately $1.17 billion. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, Rumble will seamlessly integrate Northern Data's GPU cloud services and data centers into its operations.
