OpenAI has recently unveiled the next-generation AI model, GPT-5, which has garnered acclaim as the most intelligent, rapid, and versatile AI model ever created. It particularly shines in health consultation and code generation. Despite OpenAI's efforts to secure the trademarks "OPENAI GPT-5" and "GPT-5" in China, all applications are currently under review and have been met with rejection. Prior to this, a separate trademark application for "GPT-5" by a Shenzhen-based technology firm had also been denied.
