The American research institute specializing in open artificial intelligence, OpenAI, has recently unveiled its latest AI model, GPT-5. According to the Aiqicha App, OpenAI Opco, LLC has submitted applications to register two "GPT-5" trademarks—one for website services and the other for scientific instruments. However, both applications are currently under review and have been rejected. Furthermore, a technology firm based in Shenzhen also attempted to register two "GPT-5" trademarks, but both applications were denied and are now deemed invalid.
