On August 11, the private equity investment firm EQT Group announced that its BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII has finalized an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Korean AI HR tech company Remember & Company for approximately KRW 500 billion (around $400 million). In this deal, key shareholders of Remember, such as Ark & Partners, will divest their holdings to EQT. Remember, often referred to as the 'Korean LinkedIn', offers comprehensive recruitment solutions to more than 10,000 enterprises.
