Palantir Technologies' share price has soared, establishing new valuation benchmarks, as investors anticipate robust future growth to underpin the current market value. Last Friday, the defense technology firm's share price attained another high, having surged nearly 2500% since its initial public offering (IPO) in 2021. Year-to-date, the share price has climbed nearly 150%, primarily fueled by the expansion of its applications in artificial intelligence, its close business ties with the US government, and its recent impressive financial reports. According to Bloomberg Intelligence analysis, Palantir needs to generate $60 billion in revenue over the next 12 months to achieve a valuation commensurate with its industry peers.
