On July 11, Zhiyuan Robotics and Unitree Robotics emerged victorious in the bidding process for China Mobile (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s humanoid bipedal robot OEM service procurement project. China Mobile (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Corporation, allocated a total budget of 124.05 million yuan (tax inclusive) for this procurement project. The budget was divided into two distinct packages: Zhiyuan Robotics was awarded the full-size humanoid bipedal robot package with a budget of 78 million yuan, while Unitree Robotics secured the small-size humanoid bipedal robot, computing power backpack, and dexterous five-fingered hand package, valued at 46.05 million yuan.
