This groundbreaking model revolutionizes the 'Guess You Like' feature on Taobao's homepage through the incorporation of AI-Generated Recommendation (AIGR) technology. According to test data, the recommendation system powered by RecGPT has witnessed a double-digit surge in user clicks, with both the number of items added to carts and average page dwell time increasing by more than 5%. Leveraging deep analysis of users' consumption patterns, RecGPT integrates multimodal cognitive technology with external knowledge bases to generate personalized recommendation content, thereby significantly enhancing the user experience.
