Recently, the inaugural ModelScope Developer Conference took place in Beijing, spotlighting the community's remarkable growth over the past two years. The ModelScope community has now amassed over 500 contributing organizations, boasting over 70,000 hosted open-source models. Its user base has expanded to encompass 16 million developers, spanning diverse domains such as large language models (LLMs), speech recognition, and text-to-image conversion. Furthermore, ModelScope offers an extensive suite of over 4,000 MCP services and debugging tools. As China's leading AI open-source community, ModelScope has garnered active participation from numerous renowned enterprises and research institutions across both domestic and international markets.
During the conference, ModelScope unveiled the Developer Medal Incentive Program, designed to fuel continuous growth and innovation among developers. Zhou Jingren, the head of ModelScope, emphasized that the platform aims to become the go-to exchange hub for AI developers, thereby further advancing the development of artificial intelligence technology.
