In 2024, Ant Group allocated a record-breaking RMB 23.45 billion towards scientific research and development, marking the third consecutive year in which its R&D investment has surpassed 10% of its total revenue. The company's three flagship AI butler services have amassed over 130 million users, with a significant 43% of this user base hailing from third-tier and lower-tier cities. Additionally, Alipay's 'Touch & Go' feature, introduced just a year ago, has swiftly expanded to encompass more than 300 daily life scenarios, bringing tangible benefits to tens of millions of merchants and over 100 million users.
