Microsoft has introduced Bing Video Creator, leveraging OpenAI's cutting-edge Sora model. This innovative tool enables users to craft videos in diverse styles—from realistic to landscape and cartoonish—simply by using natural language. Best of all, the service is available at no cost and offers two generation modes: fast and standard. Upon signing up, users receive an initial allowance of 10 fast generation attempts. Once these are exhausted, they can either redeem 100 Microsoft Rewards points or opt for the standard speed mode. Currently, the supported video length is 5 seconds in a 9:16 aspect ratio, with a 16:9 format on the horizon. Additionally, users can queue up to three videos for simultaneous generation. Generated videos can be easily downloaded, shared directly to social media platforms, or disseminated via a unique link, with a generous 90-day storage period.
