The National Development and Reform Commission highlighted that the SCO boasts abundant data resources and diverse application scenarios, emphasizing that fortified AI cooperation will infuse fresh impetus into the regional economy. Positioned as the global leader in AI patent applications and possessing a robust industrial system, China advocates for the following initiatives: enhancing policy dialogue, deepening technical collaborations, fostering application empowerment, and strengthening security governance. Additionally, China proposes to jointly develop high-quality datasets and corpora, and undertake collaborative research endeavors.
