Telegram has inked a one-year partnership deal with xAI to seamlessly integrate Grok into its messaging app. On May 28, Pavel Durov, the visionary founder and CEO of Telegram, announced the signing of this partnership agreement. Pursuant to the agreement, xAI will facilitate the distribution of Grok to Telegram's vast user base and embed it within the Telegram app itself. In exchange, Telegram will receive a substantial payment of $300 million in cash and equity from xAI, alongside a 50% share of the revenues generated from xAI subscriptions sold through the Telegram platform.
