On May 28, the Financial Times reported that NVIDIA's (NVDA.O) suppliers are ramping up production of their flagship AI data center "racks," following the resolution of technical challenges. Notably, NVIDIA partners like Foxconn and Dell have achieved significant breakthroughs and have commenced shipping the highly anticipated "Blackwell" AI servers. According to Foxconn, GB200 racks have been shipping since the close of the first quarter, with production capacity rapidly expanding. As NVIDIA prepares to release its quarterly earnings report on Wednesday, investors will keenly observe whether Blackwell server shipments have normalized.
