The plan outlines initiatives to encourage financial institutions to innovate financial instruments, such as the "AI Smart Manufacturing Loan", tailored to support enterprises in areas including smart factory construction and deployment of smart products. This support is particularly targeted at enterprises leveraging large-model tuning, data governance, and other advanced technologies. Additionally, the plan underscores the utilization of municipal-level funds to nurture high-quality manufacturing enterprises, alongside large-model and agent innovation enterprises, thereby accelerating the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
