On May 24th, during the 63rd China Higher Education Expo, the Huawu Teaching Collaboration Center, in collaboration with Alibaba Cloud and Chaoxing Group, introduced the "Comprehensive AI Practical Course for Universities." This course features theoretical instruction by esteemed university professors, while Alibaba Cloud offers a hands-on platform designed to bolster students' AI application skills. Scheduled to be accessible free of charge in the upcoming fall semester, the course aims to foster talent development in the AI era. Liu Xiangwen, Vice President of Alibaba Cloud, described it as a groundbreaking integration of AI and education. Shi Chao, President of Chaoxing Group, added that this partnership introduces a novel approach to AI education in universities. Furthermore, Alibaba Cloud's CloudET program will continue to nurture the growth of AI talents within academic institutions.
