On May 26, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung met with KT President Kim Young-seop. During the meeting, President Kim announced that KT is contemplating the establishment of a technology development and artificial intelligence data center in Vietnam. The objective is to furnish solutions and AI training tailored to the Southeast Asian market. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung reaffirmed the Vietnamese government's commitment to providing facilitation and support to Korean investors like KT, particularly in high-tech and emerging technology sectors where Korea excels and Vietnam has significant demand.
