Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., closely associated with Zhiyuan Robotics, has recently witnessed alterations in its industrial and commercial registration, welcoming JD.com Technology and Shanghai Embodied Intelligence as new shareholders. This influx of capital has bolstered the company's registered capital to approximately 82.64 million RMB. Prior to this, the company had already secured investments from Guangxi Tencent Venture Capital and Wolong Electric Drive. Established in February 2023, the company focuses on the research and development, sales of intelligent robots, as well as the development of artificial intelligence software. Currently, it is jointly owned by Shu Yuanchun, BYD Co., Ltd., and the newly acquired shareholders.
