A team of researchers from the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences, has achieved a significant breakthrough with the successful development of ultraviolet optoelectronic synaptic devices and optoelectronic synaptic transistors. This groundbreaking work was led by researchers Li Dabing and Sun Xiaojuan from the National Key Laboratory of Special Luminescent Science and Technology. These two innovative accomplishments open up new technical avenues for the advancement of sophisticated artificial vision systems and neuromorphic computing.
