The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council has recently unveiled the inaugural batch of high-quality AI data sets sourced from central enterprises. This collection spans over 10 industries, encompassing a total of 30 projects, and has fostered three pivotal data industry hubs, focusing on transportation and logistics, green and low-carbon initiatives, and smart energy solutions. SASAC anticipates extending this initiative to additional key industries in the future.

SASAC emphasized its commitment to fostering the "AI+" special initiative among central enterprises, leveraging their extensive data resources to expedite the accumulation of high-quality AI data sets in pivotal sectors. This endeavor aims to establish a robust data circulation infrastructure, enhance the development, utilization, and open sharing of data resources, and propel data sharing, secure development, and application. Concurrently, SASAC will actively explore business models for the orderly and compliant trading and circulation of data assets.
