Cisco, in partnership with Meta, has launched Foundation-sec-8B, a cutting-edge large language model boasting 8 billion parameters tailored exclusively for cybersecurity. Leveraging Meta's state-of-the-art Llama 3.1 architecture, this model was developed by Cisco's recently established Foundation AI team. Trained on a meticulously curated dataset focused on cybersecurity content, Foundation-sec-8B is equipped to address a diverse array of cyber threats.
