Alibaba Cloud's Bailian Platform has introduced its pioneering MCP (Model-Centric Programming) service tailored for comprehensive lifecycle management. This innovative service enables users to swiftly establish an Agent linked to the platform within just five minutes. This initiative is designed to hasten the deployment of extensive AI models and foster a robust MCP service ecosystem. MCP, conceptualized by Anthropic, addresses the intricate issue of interaction between large models and external data sources/tools, garnering support from industry titans like OpenAI and Microsoft.

The Bailian Platform seamlessly integrates Alibaba Cloud's Function Compute, an extensive library of over 200 large models, and more than 50 MCP services. The inaugural wave of applications to go live on the platform includes Gaode and Wuying, covering the development requirements across diverse fields. Furthermore, Alibaba Cloud has unveiled the 'Fanhua' program, which will collaborate with partners across six pivotal areas over the next three years. This ambitious initiative aims to serve millions of customers and explore business opportunities worth billions.
