Adobe is pioneering the development of AI assistants for its flagship applications, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. These intelligent agents will not only suggest photo and video editing techniques but also automate tasks, enhancing the creative workflow significantly. As per the blog post by Ely Greenfield, Adobe's Chief Technology Officer for Digital Media, Photoshop's Agentic AI (dubbed Creative Agent) will scrutinize images and then propose edits, such as removing background figures or adding depth of field. Users can seamlessly implement these suggestions with a single click. Similarly, Premiere Pro's AI assistant will streamline the initial video editing process by optimizing shot selection and more. Adobe plans to unveil the initial AI assistant technology for Photoshop at the Max event in London on April 24th.
