However, a recent incident involving AI misdiagnosis has garnered significant public attention, underscoring the critical safety concerns surrounding AI in healthcare. Experts underscore that AI should be viewed solely as an auxiliary tool, incapable of supplanting the role of doctors. The technology harbors the potential for misdiagnosis and lacks the humanistic and emotional dimension of physician-patient interaction. In response, relevant authorities have implemented measures to safeguard medical safety. Looking ahead, it is imperative to strike a balance between technological innovation and compliance oversight, enhance qualification assessments, and uphold the rights and interests of patients. Statistically, China boasts over 772,000 smart medical enterprises, with Guangdong, Shanghai, and Jiangsu ranking prominently in terms of enterprise count. Notably, approximately 2.68% of these enterprises have been involved in judicial proceedings.
