A team led by Professor Liu Shan from the School of Management at Xi'an Jiaotong University, in collaboration with Associate Professor Chen Qian from Huazhong Agricultural University, Professor Gong Yeming from Lyon Business School in France, Professor Mark Keil from Georgia State University in the United States, and Professor Lu Yaobin from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, has made significant progress in the study of voice interaction in intelligent products. They have devised a two-tier dimensional framework for human-computer intelligent voice interaction and created a corresponding scale. Furthermore, they have formulated the theory of conversational cooperation principles within the realm of artificial intelligence voice interaction. This groundbreaking research offers a dependable measurement instrument for future empirical studies on intelligent voice interaction and provides valuable insights for enterprises seeking to enhance the voice interaction capabilities of their intelligent products.
