This innovation enables users to pose intricate questions by simply uploading or capturing photos. Leveraging Google Lens technology, this feature delves into the intricacies of scenes and object relationships within images, delivering highly detailed information. For instance, by snapping a photo of a bookshelf, the AI can suggest comparable books and even provide purchase links. Users can further refine their search by posing subsequent questions. Initially, this feature was exclusively reserved for Google One AI premium subscribers; however, it is now being extended to millions of users enrolled in the Labs program, positioning Google to compete with services such as Perplexity and ChatGPT.
