The Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology has recently unveiled statistics revealing that the number of AI enterprises in Beijing has surpassed 2,400, with the core industry's scale exceeding 300 billion yuan, marking the establishment of a comprehensive industrial chain. Jiang Guangzhi, Director of the Commission, emphasized that Beijing will continue to prioritize technological innovation and multimodal development, expedite the adoption and integration of intelligent agents, and harmonize data, computing power, and algorithms. The city aims to nurture over 10 leading AI enterprises within the top 100 globally within the next 2 to 3 years, with the ambition of propelling the scale of related industries to exceed 2 trillion yuan.
