The latest survey conducted by UBS highlights NVIDIA, Microsoft, and OpenAI as the frontrunners in the AI landscape. Currently, all enterprises (100%) are investing in AI, with a significant portion (61%) having already deployed AI products across at least one business sector. However, large-scale AI project implementations are still nascent, with merely 11% of organizations having achieved this milestone. Most enterprises anticipate scaling up their AI initiatives in the latter half of 2025 or 2026. Additionally, the projection suggests a deceleration in IT budget growth, anticipated to reach 4.4% in 2025. On the hardware front, NVIDIA GPUs reign supreme, while Microsoft Azure holds the top spot as the largest provider of AI cloud services. Despite bringing about a measurable increase in productivity, AI tools have yet to fully meet the industry's expectations.
