The Administrative Committee of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area has issued measures to implement the "Geese Formation" Plan, aimed at strengthening and supplementing the information technology industry chain and fostering cluster-based development. The measures focus on frontier fields such as artificial intelligence, 6G, and quantum information to build industrial clusters, establish a pattern of coordinated development among large, medium, and small enterprises, support enterprises in increasing R&D investment and deploying key technologies, and provide funding support of up to 50% of the total R&D project amount.
