At the 2026 Mobile Network Conference, Caocao Mobility announced its integration with China Mobile 12580's personal intelligent assistant, making it the first ride-hailing ecosystem partner on the platform. The two parties will combine their respective strengths to deliver a seamless AI-powered ride-hailing experience: users can complete the entire booking process within the app simply by expressing their needs in natural language. Following the initial pilot, Caocao Mobility's AI ride-hailing service will expand its reach by connecting to additional China Mobile ecosystem entry points through relevant agreements. Caocao Mobility has built scaled, systematized capabilities across multiple domains, established a core operations system, and achieved efficient connectivity between AI agents and intelligent capacity resources. Its mobility services have already been integrated into multiple AI entry points. Looking ahead, Caocao Mobility will use this collaboration as a model to partner with more ecosystem players, opening up its AI ride-hailing service capabilities and jointly building a new AI-driven intelligent mobility ecosystem.
