AI voice input products have been drawing considerable attention lately, and Tencent's Chatterfly—currently in beta—delivers a notably differentiated experience. The product can transform colloquial, fragmented speech into clear, fluent text, and comes with dedicated Skills for multiple scenarios, optimizing content for needs such as work reports and prompt refinement. It accommodates the pinyin input habits of domestic users and supports standardized recognition of technical terminology, personal vocabulary import, and automatic word learning. Going beyond the limitations of traditional voice input—which merely transcribes text—the product lets users complete online Q&A, continuous task processing, modification of selected content, translation, and other operations via voice commands. Its global wake-up feature lowers the barrier for users switching from other tools. Currently, only the desktop version has been released, and it remains in rapid iteration. The forthcoming mobile version and the expansion of more scenario-based Skills are well worth anticipating.
