On November 6, China Mobile officially unveiled its Intelligent Network at the 2026 Mobile Network Conference. This network works in concert with communication networks and computing power networks to form a networked artificial intelligence infrastructure, functioning as the "switch" and "router" for intelligent elements. By promoting the integration and interconnection of intelligent elements, it enables upper-layer intelligent applications to be more ubiquitous and inclusive, agile and efficient, secure and trustworthy, and resilient and reliable. In terms of Token production, China Mobile has built the "Xinhe" heterogeneous hyper-convergence platform, which abstracts away underlying hardware differences and enables cross-architecture migration and deployment optimization of mainstream models across more than 10 mainstream domestic chips. In terms of Token distribution, the company has built the MoMA model service platform, along with an inference computing power network and computing power pool, to improve Token output efficiency and performance per unit of computing card. In terms of Token application, it has innovated the TraaS trusted service mechanism to build an open ecosystem founded on security and trustworthiness.
