With Claude's assistance, the research team achieved a first: determining the three-dimensional structure of Vault particles in prokaryotic cells. Moreover, they slashed the protein particle purification process from roughly three days to just 90 minutes. Claude also contributed to various steps, including protein database searches, DNA construct design, and cryo-electron microscopy data analysis.
