Jenny Wen, former head of design at Claude, has left Anthropic and, along with the Cursor team, was acquired by SpaceX to join Musk's camp. A generalist spanning design and engineering, she previously led product design for FigJam and other products, choosing to return to hands-on design after serving as a design director at Figma. During her time at Anthropic, she helped launch products such as Claude Cowork and argued that the traditional design process is dead. She has always stepped outside fixed career paths, dared to let go of established titles and start anew, and maintained the courage to face change through multiple identity shifts.
